Original 2P6-7 are cancelled by a gathering of 4 leaves duplicating E3-6 but wrongly imposed: E3r, 5v, 6r, 4v, 5r, 3v, 4r, 6v. 2P5,Q1-4 and 2P8 are remargined. MS. Bibliographical notes including "from the coll'n of Sir Rd. Tangye (?)". Printed notes on Sotheby sales 12 March 1900 and 5/20/01
Editionnotes: In verse. Printer’s name from STC. One of three variants of this edition. This one has title page verso blank; first digit of imprint date is under the "r" of "for". Quire 2Q is intended to cancel 2P6,7 and pagination above reflects this; however, according to STC, the cancellanda are usually retained. Signatures: A-2O⁸ 2P⁸(-2P6,7+2Q⁴
